Job Title: Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager

Location: Montagne du Parc 3, 1000 Brussels, Belgium

Work Mode: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote)

Certifications:

• Mandatory: Project Management (Prince2, ITIL), Change Management (e.g., ADKAR)
• Preferable: CISSP, CISA, CRISC or similar

🔍 Context

The mission is within the Center of Expertise (CoE) Security – Strategy and Delivery team. This team is responsible for shaping and managing the cyber security strategy, defining a portfolio of initiatives, and ensuring their execution across the organization. The role requires working with stakeholders from across the bank, including middle and senior management, to drive strategic initiatives that enhance cyber security posture.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute cyber security strategies and investment roadmaps.
• Lead data security analyses in collaboration with security architects.
• Identify security design gaps and propose enhancements to architectures and solutions.
• Align security requirements with standards, regulations, and Group policies.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of security initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Act as the bridge between business needs and security priorities, balancing risk and business value.
• Collaborate with to roll out standard solutions while ensuring local needs are addressed.
• Produce high-quality strategic documentation and stakeholder communications.

🧠 Required Experience & Skills

✅ Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT and/or security project and program management.
• Experience working in financial services (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of data security (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change transformation.

✅ Technical

• Solid understanding of information security governance (mandatory).
• IT background is an asset (preferred).
