Job Title: AI Engineer (with Python)

Location: Estonia

Work Regime: Full-time & Remote (Estonia based)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a AI Engineer (with Python) to join our team!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business problems and determine how to solve them using AI models;
  • Apply AI/NLP techniques, such as BERT models, generative AI to provide innovative solutions;
  • Analyze conversations from platforms like Discord and Telegram to extract sentiment, identify key topics, and help segment communities (e.g., developers vs. speculators);
  • Collaborate with the business team to demonstrate actionable insights to clients and help them better understand community dynamics;
  • Create reusable workflows through fast prototyping and iterations based on client feedback.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist or in a similar role;
  • Expertise in AI, especially in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI;
  • Experience with BERT and RAG;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and apply AI to business needs;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and understanding their needs;
  • A technical background, ideally with a master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field, with strong academic and practical knowledge in AI;
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting role, without direct oversight;
  • Comfortable working in a flexible and fast-paced environment, with rapid deployment and iteration cycles;
  • Advanced level of English.
