WHAT YOU’LL DO

📱 Android Architecture and Development

Take ownership of Android app architecture and development, ensuring maintainability, performance, and scalability.

📱 Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, promoting best practices in Kotlin coding, testing, and CI/CD automation.

📱 Agile Delivery

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features on time.

📱 Publishing and Compliance

Oversee Google Play Store submissions, manage rollout strategies, and ensure compliance with Google’s latest policies.

📱 App Performance and Analytics

Monitor app performance, crash reports, and analytics to continuously improve the user experience.

📱 Drive Innovation

Experiment with new Android libraries, tools, and methodologies to keep the tech stack up-to-date.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

🎲 6+ years of Android development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role

🎲 Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK best practices.

🎲 Experience with Dagger/Hilt, Coroutines, and MVVM architecture.

🎲 Familiarity with Google Play release processes and in-app billing integration.

🎲 Comfort with CI/CD tools, Git, and unit/UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).

🎲 Passion for clean code, developer productivity, and mobile performance.
