Haut.AI, a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Cycle Recruiting & Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic, interdisciplinary team. 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR in tech and a passion for finding great candidates and nurture and retain the strong team motivation through comprehensive and traceable KPI. You will play a crucial role in shaping our startup by bringing talents who will build the company. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting: Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Develop job specifications, source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting agencies. Conduct CV screenings and initial interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and candidate profiles. Request and verify references.
  • Onboard: Prepare essential onboarding paperwork (e.g., NDAs, contracts). Conduct team training to ensure familiarity with company policies (e.g., Code of Conduct). Perform weekly check-ins during the probation period.
  • Ongoing Administration: Manage additional agreements, collaborate with local Employer of Record (EoR) companies, and coordinate with legal and finance teams. This includes approving business trip reports and reimbursements, and overseeing payroll and personal inventory.
  • Setting up KPI’s and track if they are achieved: help company management define KPI and OKR for the team. Regularly check if team members clearly understand the KPI and track progress. Close tracking of performance during onboarding or performance evaluations.
  • Performance Management: Help company management and team leads define and track team KPIs and OKRs, ensuring clear understanding and progress monitoring during onboarding and regular performance evaluations.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with the operations team to develop, implement, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Bonus Management: Prepare bonus plans and calculate payments based on KPI achievement.
  • Strategic planning: Collaboration with management, team leads and finance to plan budget and hiring plans for 1-3-5 years.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement growth plans for team members, including training, mentorship, and career pathing.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and recruiting, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and psychological skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for talent development, with a proven ability to understand employee motivation and design effective reward systems to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; Fluency in Russian is a bonus


Key Performance Indicators for Success:

  • Reduce Time-to-Hire: Achieve an average time-to-hire of 30 days or less for all open positions.
  • Retention Rate: Maintain a 90% retention rate of new hires within their first year.
  • Onboarding Efficiency: Ensure 100% completion of onboarding tasks within the first week of employment.
  • KPI and OKR Alignment: Facilitate the alignment of team KPIs and OKRs with company objectives, ensuring team members understand and track their progress.
