About The Role

We are now looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness Consultant with focus on cybersecurity awareness communications to join our team—an opportunity ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about driving change through strategic communication.

At DNV Cyber, we help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity culture through innovative, engaging, and impactful awareness programs.

Your Role

  • Design and implement tailored cybersecurity awareness strategies and content for diverse industries.
  • Lead the creation of multi-format content including videos, gamified learning, podcasts, posters, digital campaign assets, articles, and training materials.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, cybersecurity professionals, and creative teams to ensure content is relevant, timely, and impactful.
  • Drive change communication initiatives that support behavioral transformation and security culture development.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our awareness services with innovative thinking and a user-centric mindset.

Location: Espoo, Finland.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent teamwork skills – you enjoy co-creating with others and building strong relationships.
  • Extensive experience in change communication and creating compelling and engaging communication content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management experience to lead complex content production and the ability to collaborate and work smoothly with different stakeholders, including clients, DNV Cyber professionals, and external subcontractors.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Fluency in professional English and Finnish, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity – prior experience in the field is a plus, but not mandatory.
