We’re partnering with a global leader in technology and innovation to hire a Business/Data Analyst who thrives on uncovering insights, analyzing trends, and influencing business decisions at scale.

In this role, you’ll work across departments and locations to analyze current business processes, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights. 🔍 What You'll Do:

• Analyze business trends and data to support strategic decision-making across global teams.
• Partner with Process Development, Operations, and Quality teams to evaluate and improve processes.
• Map and understand ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ business processes and support tech alignment with these changes.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear data models and process maps.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and produce high-quality documentation to drive clarity and alignment.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Maintain a structured knowledge base and internal systems for sharing insights and documentation.
• Mentor and support junior analysts within the quality or business function.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within a large enterprise or regulated environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify trends and translate data into business insight.
• Experience working across multiple sites or international business functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in tools for data analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• A passion for continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
