As Senior Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Group’s liquidity, supporting international cash pooling, optimizing financial structures, and helping shape the future of treasury systems and policies. This Group-level role reports directly to the Head of Treasury and Investor Relations and offers full exposure to the company’s global treasury function.

Your Focus

• Develop and implement international cash pooling and an in-house payment factory solution
• Lead financial disposition and liquidity planning (short and medium term)
• Support hedging activities related to interest rate and currency risk
• Provide financial support to Group companies implementing financing strategies
• Oversee intercompany transfers, currency trading, and cash management operations
• Manage bank accounts and user access administration
• Create and maintain treasury policies and operational guidelines
• Lead strategic treasury projects, including a new Treasury Management System (TMS) rollout
• Enhance and expand the Group’s treasury reporting systems
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Group Treasury function
  
  

Must-have

Required skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 4–6 years of relevant treasury experience in a corporate or financial institution
• Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and FX risk management
• Familiarity with international treasury operations and systems
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
