About The Role

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Front End Developer. Our client is one of the largest worldwide accounting, tax, audit, and consultancy companies operating in more than 160 countries.

Applications are open for candidates from Lithuania.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance user-facing features using React and TypeScript
Ensure high performance and responsiveness across various devices and browsers
Collaborate with product and client teams in an agile environment
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and other meetings
Continuously improve front-end architecture and best practices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

3+ years of professional front-end development experience
Proficiency in React and TypeScript
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proactiveness and ownership when designing and implementing technical solutions

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with tools like Playwright, Jest, Webpack, Vite
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
Knowledge of design systems or component libraries
