Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep knowledge of investment fund operations to join one of our long-standing financial services partners.

Missions

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and development teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to fund operations and fee structures
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with internal teams (including dev and QA)
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
  • Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support
  • Ensure solutions align with operational needs and regulatory expectations

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally within asset management or fund distribution
  • Deep understanding of fund data, fee calculations, and back-office operations
  • Experience working with fund data providers (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg, FE Fundinfo)
  • Solid grasp of SQL queries and ability to liaise effectively with developers working in PHP (Symfony), Java, and Angular
  • Exposure to API integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting across financial systems
  • Experience with ITSM tools and working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes is a bonus
  • You are someone with a strong business mindset and technical curiosity
  • You are a collaborative team player who can speak both "business" and "tech"
  • You are someone comfortable in a fast-paced, finance-driven environment
  • You are fluent infrench and english

Recruitment process:

  • The pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager
  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager
  • Proposal of your application to the client
  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
