Backend Engineer – Platform Services (Contract)

Location -Netherlands | 12 months | €80-€95 per hour

2/3 Stage interview process

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services for geo-referencing, messaging, A/B testing, translations, and feature flags
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable services
• Support architecture, documentation, and observability efforts

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend experience, strong Node.js and TypeScript skills
• Experience with microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Kubernetes)
• Agile mindset with solid communication skills
