Work Mode:100% AND (5days onsite position)

Description:

• You will work in a small team that supervises the agile transition to make the organisation future-proof in the context of the energy transition. You coach teams that focus on engineering, construction, and optimisation of operations and maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Experience with agile transformations in complex, technical environments
• Senior coach with a systemic view, working on an individual, team and organisational level
• Skilled in coaching leadership teams, scrum masters, product owners and engineers
• Combines agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with a human-centric approach
• Can deal with resistance and change in the workplace and in management
• Connecting, energetic and experienced in building trust and ownership
• Familiar with lean-agile working in industrial or technical organisations
