Job Description

At Inetum you have space to grow and boost your talent! Join a dynamic team as an IT Project Manager by leading IT projects, managing incidents, and driving governance for AML/CFT tools and platforms.

You’ll be the bridge between development, operations, and compliance, ensuring smooth delivery and strong oversight. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities

  • Manages end-to-end IT projects, from planning to execution.
  • Builds and maintains macro and detailed project plans.
  • Analyzes requirements, identifies risks, and ensures timely delivery.
  • Oversees incident resolution with internal and external support teams.
  • Produces incident and project reports, while tracking KPIs.
  • Leads weekly stand-ups with development and delivery teams.
  • Coordinates testing, acceptance, and installation phases.
  • Supports compliance with internal governance frameworks.
  • Participates in risk, operational, and steering committees.
  • Ensures alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Provides governance-level assistance to end users.

Qualifications

Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and with incident handling, preferably in Banking or Financial Services environments.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and reporting practices.
  • Knowledge of AML/CTF, Customer Due Diligence and/or KYC, or Finance and Banking Profiling/Screening tools.
  • Good understanding of customer or IT needs.
  • Basic knowledge on technical implementations (ex: tool architecture) and capacity to propose changes in the onboarding of new functionalities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Jira (mandatory), SQL (plus).
  • Motivation to learn and support advanced platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
  • Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to interact with IT experts).

Additional Information

(Hybrid work, with 2 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
