As Odeon Technology, we are looking for a “Business Analyst” for our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gathering requirements from business partners and being a bridge between the business side and developers in the IT Department using business analysis methodologies,
• Understanding the requirements and translate those into technical and functional designs,
• Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, tracking, and fully documenting changes for functional and business specifications.

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduated from Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments of universities,
• Min. 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field,
• Experience in tourism industry is a plus,
• Excellent command of English,
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development LifeCycle) Processes,
• Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence) is a plus,
• Familiarity with web services test tools such as Postman-SoapUI is a plus,
• Familiarity with design tools to create screen mockups such as Figma-Axure-Balsamic is a plus Excellent documentation skills,
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and solution-oriented attitude,
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions,
• Researcher with advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• No restrictions for travelling.
