Your mission when joining the Product team at Einride will be to shape the future of intelligent movement through our transport planning software.

You will

Responsibilities

Work closely with the software engineering, design, commercial and operations teams to build the electric transport planning capabilities of our intelligent freight management platform for electric vehicles. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy and execution of the electric transport product suite to ensure the optimized planning of shipments and the high utilization of vehicles, drivers and chargers. In detail:

• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a clear vision and strategy for the transport product suite, enabling efficient operational and recovery planning for electric shipments, vehicles, chargers, and drivers.
• Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to continuous improvement—ensuring timely, data-driven development and launch.
• Prioritize Roadmap: Establish roadmap priorities using market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Act as the central liaison for product communications, aligning engineering, data & analytics, architecture, design, marketing, sales, and operations for efficient development.
• Leverage Industry Expertise: Apply deep logistics industry experience and customer understanding to ensure products meet real needs, staying ahead of market and competitor trends.
  
  

We Expect You To

Have experience from product management and preferably an understanding of the road freight and logistics industry, especially in regards to electric transportation, exceptional product acumen and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver products that delight our customers and achieve business goals.

• Proven track record of product launches (concept to launch) including driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and steering technical implementation discussions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and deliver products that delight customers and achieve business goals
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making, experience working with ML/AI as a bonus
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Passionate about creating customer-centric products that drive business growth
