Finance Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new Corporate Performance Management (CPM) system focused on financial consolidation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership experience across IT, business, and external vendors.

Location: Lund, Sweden. Onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 5–10 years’ experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working closely with IT, finance, and external implementation partners
• Familiarity with financial consolidation, group reporting, or ERP implementation is an advantage
• Financial Consolidation & Reporting System Implementation experience
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP (Project Management Professional), or PMI-ACP is required or strongly preferred
• Experience with cloud-based systems and change management practices is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working in Sweden right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Lead coordination between key stakeholders in IT, business functions, and the software vendor
• Maintain project governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Support change management and facilitate smooth user
