DevOps Engineer

🚀 Azure DevOps Engineer – Kraków (Hybrid)

📍 6x per month in the office, the rest remote

📑 B2B contract only!

We’re looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join a global Azure Engineering team building one of the largest and most complex cloud platforms. You'll help design and implement scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Drive enhancements to the Azure WAF (Web Application Firewall),
• Build and manage Azure cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform),
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub),
• Integrate and manage cloud services (IAM, networking, containers, OS, monitoring),
• Own networking and connectivity in Azure (ExpressRoute, DNS, NSG, routing),
• Ensure solutions meet security, risk, and compliance standards,
• Collaborate with cloud security, cyber and engineering teams to deliver robust, secure cloud capabilities.

🛠️ What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Azure WAF and cloud network security,
• Proficiency with Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar tools,
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud engineering best practices,
• Deep knowledge of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS),
• Familiarity with monitoring and security tools like Microsoft Sentinel or Defender,
• Experience with high-availability environments (reverse proxies, load balancers, etc.).

🎓 Nice to have:

• Azure and/or multi-cloud certifications (GCP/AWS),
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or object-oriented languages,
• Linux (preferably RHEL) administration skills,
• Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance).
