IT ownership & accountability to ensure that necessary actions are taken to prevent occurrence of service usage problems

What You’ll Do

• Supporting active solution development processes on the IBM Maximo (Asset Management) platform
• Contributing to configuration, data analysis, testing and documentation studies
• Working in coordination with solution teams by analyzing business processes in line with user demands
• Supporting the preparation and updating of technical documentation
• Taking part in system integrations, process automation and user interface improvements
• Operational support of ITSM Operation systems on 7*24 basis to provide continuous IT services availability and issue resolution
• Periodic monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
• Develop automations for workarounds on systems
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
  
  
  

Who You Are

• SQL knowledge (preferably basic level)
• Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON
• Basic knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST)
• Basic knowledge of Java or similar object-oriented languages
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
• Awareness of version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Open to learning and high analytical thinking skills
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and careful about time management
• Paying attention to details and able to work systematically
• English proficiency at a level that allows you to follow technical documentation
