What You’ll Do:

• Design creative assets for digital and print media including marketing campaigns, social media posts, website visuals, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to help communicate complex concepts in a visually appealing way.
• Ensure that all designs align with our sustainability-driven mission and visually represent our brand's core values.
• Maintain consistency in visual design across all internal and external communications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various media (print, digital, and social).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• A passion for sustainability and creating designs that communicate a powerful message.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to create and edit video content (experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus).
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
