You will lead the design of business applications. Your goal is to make them both look good and work well. You'll also make sure the apps meet our clients' needs and are easy for users to understand.

Your impact zone

• Develop consistent design standards and evolve the design system within the business applications ecosystem.
• Engage with corporate clients to grasp requirements and gather feedback.
• Continuously build a cross-app library of reusable design elements.
• Design and refine business applications (utilizing components) to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies.
  
  

Qualifications & Tech Toolbox

• Figma stands as your preferred design tool.
• You excel in building user flows and pitching designs.
• 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design.
• 2+ years specifically focused on designing business applications.
• A portfolio that highlights your skills in business application projects, coupled with the ability to showcase your Figma workflow.
• Analytical approach, proactive questioning, and excellent communication skills (including proficiency in English).
