Job Overview

Experienced Mobile Technical Lead with strong expertise in full stack development, particularly in React-based frontend and mobile app development. This role combines hands-on technical contributions with leadership responsibilities, requiring the candidate to architect, develop, and maintain responsive mobile and web applications while leading a team of developers and engaging directly with clients. The ideal candidate will drive the delivery of support, enhancement, and new development projects, ensuring high visibility, quality, and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive mobile applications using React Native or Flutter, ensuring cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android) and optimal performance.
• Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontends using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with mobile and web platforms.
• Develop and optimize backend services using Node.js, .NET Core, or similar technologies, ensuring robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) to support mobile and web applications.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, integrating frontend, backend, and third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, CRM systems) while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement responsive UI/UX designs using CSS, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks, ensuring accessibility and consistency across devices.
• Integrate mobile and web applications with enterprise systems, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data flow.
• Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools like Jest, Cypress, or Appium, ensuring high-quality, bug-free deliverables.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Lead a team of mobile and full stack developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to clients, showcasing application features and addressing feedback.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure successful client adoption of mobile and web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 4 years focused on mobile app development using React Native or Flutter.
• Expertise in React.js for frontend development, including state management (Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET Core, or Java, with experience in building RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles, CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap), and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of mobile app testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, Detox) and frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries, with knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Familiarity with other mobile frameworks (e.g., Flutter, Swift, Kotlin) or frontend libraries (e.g., Vue.js, Angular).
