Product Designer

Product Designer – 12-Month Contract+

Hybrid (Toronto – 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

We’re hiring a Product Designer with a strong focus on interaction design to help improve internal-facing tools and workflows. You’ll be designing processes, flows, and experiences that support internal users who rely on these tools every day.

We’re especially interested in designers who have experience working with complex systems and can think holistically across user journeys. Bonus if you’ve explored conversational UI or GenAI-powered interfaces — we’re just starting to integrate those too.

🛠️ What you’ll do

• Design workflows, task flows, and digital service experiences for internal tools
• Use our design system to ensure consistency (visual design skills not the focus here)
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and documentation for interaction patterns
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and researchers as part of an agile squad
• Help explore the role of GenAI in digital tools, including chatbot-style interactions
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and clear, efficient flows

💡 What you bring

• ~5 years of experience in product, interaction, or service design
• Comfortable designing for internal systems, case management, or workflows
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Familiarity with design systems and working within established UI frameworks
• Bonus: experience with conversational design or AI-driven interactions
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver
