We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with expertise in JSP/HTML/JS/JQuery for frontend and Java/Spring/Hibernate for backend. This role will primarily focus on the maintenance and enhancement of our PSIM application (Physical Security Information Management System), catering to prestigious clients.

Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements for our PSIM application, covering both frontend and backend components.
2. Frontend Expertise: Utilize your expertise in JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for the application.
3. Backend Development: Work with Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate to build robust and scalable backend components, ensuring high performance and security.
4. Maintenance and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or the quality assurance team, ensuring smooth and reliable application performance.
5. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall performance of the application, making it more efficient and responsive.
6. Database Management: Collaborate with the team to design and optimize database schemas, ensuring data integrity and efficient queries.
7. Code Review and Collaboration: Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards, and work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of features.
8. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with high-level clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any concerns or feedback related to the application.
9. Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for application security, data protection, and privacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
10. Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the application, including architecture, design, and implementation details.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, specifically working with JSP/HTML/JS/JQuery for frontend and Java/Spring/Hibernate for backend.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a team environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
5. Experience with PSIM applications or similar enterprise-level systems is a plus.
6. Knowledge of security best practices and experience with secure coding techniques.
