VR Head of Development & Operation Department

We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to head the Development and Operation Department for Virtual Reality (VR) projects within the defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VR technologies, project management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering innovative VR solutions for military applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and operation of VR projects and training programs for defense applications.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for VR initiatives, ensuring alignment with defense sector goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of VR developers, engineers, and project managers.
• Collaborate with military personnel and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored VR solutions.
• Ensure the successful execution of VR projects, from concept to deployment, within budget and on schedule.
• Implement best practices for VR development, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of VR projects, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in VR technology and defense sector requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in VR development, project management, and team leadership, preferably within the defense sector.
• Strong understanding of VR hardware and software, including development tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
