Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of VR/AR projects, enhancing user experience and interaction.
  • Design and deliver VR courses related to Defense, tailored for specific training module.
  • Integrate real-world objects and environments into VR simulations.
  • Develop and optimize gameplay mechanics, UI systems, and AI for mobile games.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Conduct UX research and resolve technical issues to improve player interaction metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in VR development, game development, and software engineering, preference will be given for Defense projects.
  • Proficiency in Unity3D, Unreal Development, XR Development, and game programming.
  • Strong skills in C#, Git, scripting, and mobile app development.
  • Experience with AI NPC development, particle systems, and assets optimization.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and teams to successful outcomes.

Technical Skills

  • Game Engines: Unity3D, Unreal Engine
  • Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript, Python
  • Development Tools: Git, Visual Studio, JIRA
  • VR/AR Technologies: Oculus SDK, HTC Vive SDK, ARKit, ARCore
  • Game Development: Gameplay mechanics, UI/UX design, AI development, particle systems, shaders
  • Software Engineering: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), API integration, low-level debugging
  • Mobile Development: iOS, Android
  • Other Skills: Basic Linux, scripting, multiplayer game development, internal tools development

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Mixed Reality technologies and interactive features.
