Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects within dynamic and innovative environments related to Virtual Reality for Defense sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, software development, and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, and ClickUp.
- Analyze client business needs and requirements to suggest suitable solutions.
- Implement Agile project management methodologies and supervise project execution.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and conduct project evaluations.
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
- Extensive experience in project management, software development, and database administration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong skills in software development (web, application, and database).
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Project Management Tools: Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp
- Software Development: C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Database Management: SQL Server, database security, data analysis
- VR/AR Technologies: Oculus SDK, HTC Vive SDK, ARKit, ARCore
- Game Engines: Unity3D, Unreal Engine
- Game Development: Gameplay mechanics, UI/UX design, AI development, particle systems, shaders
- Other Tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Custom Build VR Welding Simulator, VR Hybrid Cars Mechanic Simulator, VR and Laser Shooting Range, Operational Planning Tool for Military Forces.
- Characters Object Detection, Virtual Reality Lab, Secure Data Shredding.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
