VR Performance and Evaluation Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance and Evaluation Analyst to assess and improve the effectiveness of Virtual Reality (VR) training programs and simulations within the defense sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance evaluation, data analysis, and a strong understanding of VR technologies and defense sector requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of VR training programs and simulations to assess performance and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and evaluation frameworks tailored to VR training needs in the defense sector.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on evaluation findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with VR developers, military personnel, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor and track the implementation of recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest evaluation methodologies and VR technologies relevant to the defense sector.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in performance evaluation, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the defense sector.
• Familiarity with VR technology and its application in military training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python).
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
