We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support the analysis and reporting of data related to Virtual Reality (VR) systems within the defense sector. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to enhance VR training and simulation programs and support strategic decision-making.

- Analyze data from VR systems to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve VR programs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all BI processes.
- Conduct regular audits of data and BI systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BI analysis, preferably within the defense sector.
- Strong understanding of VR technologies and their applications.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with defense sector operations and protocols.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to data management.
