The role is responsible for leading Starlink Qatar’s digital presence and content output across all platforms. This role drives the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, manages content production and design, and ensures all brand communications are within brand guidelines and optimized for engagement. The role combines expertise in digital performance marketing with content direction, leveraging AI, analytics to deliver cohesive, conversion-driven, and brand-aligned experiences across digital channels.
Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:
Digital Strategy & Channel Ownership
- Lead the digital marketing across website, social media, email, SEO, and online publishing.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of digital platforms, ensuring optimized UX and content.
- Drive data-led audience segmentation and targeting using analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Own and optimize the email marketing funnel, including customer lifecycle journeys and lead nurturing.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies, website performance, keyword optimization, and paid media.
- Track and report on key KPIs (traffic, CTR, engagement, conversion etc.), translating insights to actions.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and business units to link digital to business outcomes.
Creative & Content Leadership
- Lead the creative development of brand visuals, campaign graphics, and video content.
- Manage internal designers and production teams/external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Define and uphold digital design standards in alignment with the Starlink brand, tone, and visual identity.
- Oversee the production and publishing of digital content, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
AI-Integrated Creative & Marketing Innovation
- Implement AI tools for content generation, personalization, creative production, and optimization.
- Use generative design, A/B testing and predictive analytics to improve efficiency and engagement.
- Stay current with trends in digital marketing, MarTech, and creative innovation, proactively integrating relevant advancements into the marketing workflow.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers, designers, and video creators.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand, Activation, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between creative output and business strategy.
- Ensure all digital and creative efforts contribute to Starlink’s brand equity, demand generation, and market leadership.
Budget & Vendor Oversight
- Develop and manage the digital and creative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
- Oversee relationships with creative and digital agencies, freelancers, and platform partners.
Position Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or creative leadership, preferably in tech, telecom, or CPG.
- Strong command of digital performance tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, SEO platforms, CMS, email platforms).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
