Job Description Summary:

Rocket Software is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and support CICS performance and CICS monitoring products for IBM z/OS mainframes. An ideal candidate might already have some experience creating and maintaining CICS Applications, or they may have worked as a CICS System Programmer. Highly desirable skills include High Level Assembler (HLASM), C, C++ DTL, REXX and familiarity with CICS performance and monitoring products.

Job Overview:

Rocket Software is seeking a Systems Software Engineer to develop and support CICS performance and monitoring products for IBM z/OS mainframes. You would grow in to this role to be become a highly valued technical expert working on one or more products with the support of our globally distributed team of engineering experts. Candidates with a background in CICS Applications or Systems programming might find they adapt quickly to this role. You would find opportunities for creative collaboration with your peers through enhancements to our world-class portfolio of CICS performance and monitoring products. You enjoy leveraging new approaches and technologies to drive efforts to modernize and influence product direction. In this role you would be expected to become familiar with one or more of the following languages: High Level Assembler (HLASM), C, DTL, REXX. The successful applicant may have previously worked on or used CICS performance and monitoring products.

Annual salary range for this position is between €39,270.00 - €72,930.00 gross before taxes.

Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
