We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help shape the foundations of our AI Operating System. You’ll design, build, and optimise the core systems that power the products our customers rely on every day. This role suits high-agency engineers who want to ship fast, scale what works, and reimagine how modern business systems are built.

What You’ll Do

• Build core platform services and scalable customer-facing features
• Write clean, testable, production-grade code in a fast-moving AI environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads across Product, Design, and Engineering
• Ship a major product feature and reduce platform latency in your first 90 days
• Drive quality and reliability through testing, monitoring, and automation
• Use modern frameworks and best-practice tooling to drive engineering standard

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in one or more modern backend languages (e.g. Python, Go, Node.js)
• Experience working on distributed systems or high-performance APIs
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping structure from first principles
• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborative problem-solving
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications or eagerness to learn AI-native development
