Overview: We are seeking a skilled Java EE Developer with expertise in EJB framework and hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ. The ideal candidate will also have strong skills in Hibernate ORM, JUnit 4 for unit testing, and proficiency in Oracle 19c database management. The role involves developing scalable, robust enterprise applications and ensuring smooth integration with IBM middleware and Oracle database.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using EJB framework.
• Configure and deploy applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Implement messaging solutions utilizing IBM MQ.
• Develop data persistence layers with Hibernate ORM.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit 4 to ensure code quality.
• Optimize database interactions with Oracle 19c.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to middleware and database.
• Document technical specifications and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Java EE development with a focus on EJB framework.
• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Knowledge of IBM MQ for messaging and integration.
• Strong understanding of Hibernate ORM for database operations.
• Experience writing unit tests using JUnit 4.
• Proficiency with Oracle 19c database management and SQL.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred:

• Experience with other Java EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, JMS).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or enterprise system projects is a plus.
