SNOW Platform Manager / Product Manager

About the Role:
Are you a strategic platform leader with a passion for enterprise-wide transformation?
We’re looking for an ESM Platform Manager to take ownership of a high-impact ServiceNow environment, starting with ITSM and expanding across the business. This is a unique opportunity to drive the roadmap, lead delivery, embed governance, and build a platform team from the ground up, all while simplifying workflows and improving employee experience at scale.
You'll act as the product owner for ServiceNow, ensuring it's secure, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery, governance, and people leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Platform Vision: Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow, aligned to enterprise transformation goals.
- Deliver Enterprise Capabilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow modules, starting with ITSM, ensuring strong adoption, performance, and business value.
- Embed Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust governance, ensuring the platform is secure, standardised, and meets all compliance obligations.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion automation and innovation, improving platform performance, workflow efficiency, and user experience.
- Partner with the Business: Work closely with senior stakeholders across tech and operations to align platform capabilities with evolving business needs.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Grow and mentor a dedicated internal ESM team, fostering both technical depth and functional capability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading enterprise platforms, ideally within financial services or complex regulatory environments.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow and strong working knowledge of ITSM frameworks and service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to define and deliver strategic platform roadmaps.
- Experience establishing and managing governance frameworks, including security, audit, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward process improvement and platform resilience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Technology or related field. ServiceNow certifications highly regarded.
