Product Owner

What is your role?

As a Product Owner at CBTW, your role is to create the best product possible. Operating at the intersection of business, technology and user experience, you will be the driving force behind agile practices within our client's environments. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the value of the product and the work delivered by the development team.

What are your responsibilities?

• Create, maintain & prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for development
• Organizing workshops, design sprint, etc,...
• Drive one or more scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning meetings to align goals
• Engage with customers to gather detailed requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team, fostering a shared understanding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to effectively organize sprint review meetings, facilitating discussions and capturing insights

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Between 4-8 years of experience in the digital field as Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Product Manager or Project Manager
• Trilingual (french/duch/english) is a must
• Hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree
• A first experience in consulting is a plus
• Experience with agile project management & scrum are a must
• Knowledge of UX & business analysis a nice to have
