Job Description

• Drive the evolution and optimisation of investment-linked life insurance products
• Collaborate with Product & Pricing teams to align product features with market expectations
• Support product reviews, fund selection processes, and implementation of investment-related updates
• Act as a point of contact between business stakeholders, investment teams, and operational departments
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to product enhancements and regulatory compliance
• Analyse market trends and internal performance data to propose improvements
• Ensure investment-related product processes run efficiently, including operational updates and reporting

The Successful Applicant

• Experience with life insurance products, particularly investment-linked solutions (2nd, 3rd, 4th pillar)
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment structures within insurance
• Background in product development, business analysis, or project management in financial services
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields
