In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Analyse digital customers flows, behaviour and suggest UX/UI improvements.
• Create design solutions for Swedbank Internet Bank.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.
  
  
  

What is needed in this role:

• Ability to analyse digital client’s journeys and propose CRO ideas based on best UX/UI practises.
• Experience working with UI components library.
• Strategic mind-set combined with good networking and interpersonal skills.
• High level of motivation and responsibility.
• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Marketing, Arts or related.
• Prior professional experience: minimum 2 years of experience in the Web Design field.
• Computer skills: great grasp of standard office software, Figma, other Design related programmes.
• Very good English language skills.
