Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Risk Manager, based in Tallinn, Estonia, with some work from home flexibility. The Risk Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining risk management policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring risk mitigation activities. This role also involves working closely with different departments to identify potential risks and devise strategies to manage these risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in risk management, developing and implementing risk management policies
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to conduct risk assessments, and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in risk management is a plus
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or electronic payment sectors is an advantage

Salary

1800-4000 €/mon. gross. The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
