Senior Product Designer

Role Description

Design Ownership: Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed specifications.

User-Centered Design: Conduct and utilize user research, testing, and data to inform and validate design decisions. Champion the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on project goals, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions. Present designs, gather feedback, and iterate based on team and user insights.

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers by providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and promoting design best practices within the team.

Design Systems & Standards: Contribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products. Establish and uphold high standards for design quality.

Prototype & Testing: Build and iterate on interactive prototypes for user testing and internal review, using insights gained to refine designs and enhance usability.

Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI and product design. Bring fresh ideas and a willingness to experiment to the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years product design experience at a studio, agency or technology company
• Strong Visual Design and Product Design skills
• Design Thinking and User Research experience
• UX Research skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
• Experience with prototyping tools and design software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or relevant experience
• English strong working proficiency - MUST
