Business Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the initial scoping and execution of change, process and technology projects. The role requires project management experience with a focus on the implementation of technology solutions and process improvement methodologies aligned to our objectives on an ongoing basis.

The ideal person will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail. You will have outstanding communications skills, with an ability to influence and work with a number of key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of business requirements; do gap analysis; identify process improvements, co-design solutions; end to end testing activities.
2. Assist with implementation of change, process and technology solutions including managing project plans, timelines, roadmaps, budgets, action and RAID logs.
3. Design and execute comprehensive test cases.
4. Analyse, cleanse, transform, manage and validate data.
5. Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
6. Liaise with external IT partners - technology providers.

Experience:

1. Over 3-5+ years in a business analyst roles within Financial Services / Leasing with a relevant third level qualification.
2. Solid understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies and project implementation
3. Ability to document and troubleshoot issues.
4. Proven experience working in an Agile environment with good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (an advantage).
5. Excellent communications interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and work with a variety of stakeholders – internal external partners
