Senior JAVA Developer

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

Monitoring/Alerting: Improving back-end monitoring (especially for critical processes), implementing log-based alerting, and performance tracking
Tracing: Implementing request tracing (e.g., Google Cloud Trace via Micrometer) and knowledge transfer
Infrastructure: Improving load balancer setup, migrating object storage , and migrating RabbitMQ (netcup to GCP)
Security: Enhancing Spring Security and addressing security issues
Testing: Improving E2E testing (Cypress/CypressStudio integration, test data strategy for local/cloud), and integrating Sonarqube
Supporting our Lead developer and Product manager in strategic projects
Mentoring junior team members

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

You have very good knowledge and experience in Java and Spring Boot
You have extensive experience with GCP / AWS or other cloud platforms
You have good verbal and written English skills

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with ReactJS would be an advantage
Interest and experience in e-commerce & software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models in the financial sector
