IT Project Manager for the Data Solutions team

We’re now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives in the world of data-driven transformation — someone who speaks both business and tech, can manage complexity, and drive projects to real outcomes.

• Impact that matters – You’ll lead high-visibility projects that modernize entire DWH/BI ecosystems using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, or Palantir Foundry.

• Real ownership – From scoping and stakeholder alignment to rollout and hypercare, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring every delivery hits the mark.

What You Will Do

• Lead the delivery of Data & Analytics projects (DWH/BI modernization, Fabric implementations, data migrations).
• Define project scope, roadmap, timeline, and resources in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and external/internal communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, BI, DevOps, Architects, client SMEs).
• Ensure delivery meets business outcomes, compliance (GDPR/DORA), and user expectations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, enabling collaboration and transparency.
• Apply and adapt agile, hybrid or waterfall methods depending on project context.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects – ideally focused on Data, BI, or analytics.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle – ideally data/ETL/BI pipeline dynamics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), data tools (Power BI, Fabric, DWH), and agile delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder and expectation management skills.
• English fluency (B2+); Lithuanian also required for local clients.
• Ability to challenge, align, and lead delivery teams to success.
