HR Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the entire employee lifecycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, and engagement;
• Support and coordinate the professional development and career progression of our colleagues;
• Ensure data correctness in HR systems and update when necessary;
• Serve as a primary point of contact for colleagues seeking HR-related guidance;
• Represent Nordcurrent in career fairs and similar events;
• Participate in recruitment initiatives and other HR projects.

A successful candidate must have:

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role;
• Proven track record in recruitment / talent acquisition;
• Strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive attitude;
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills;
• Understanding of labor laws.

Extra great to have:

• Experience working in an international team;
• Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian languages;
• IT or gaming industry experience;
• Keen interest in games & gaming industry.

Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross), based on your experience and competence
