PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d)

Hollerich, Luxembourg

To support our current growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to support the Landewyck Tobacco Executive Management Board in managing cross-functional and significant internal as well as external projects and providing input into further developing and executing our strategy to achieve our goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead or support strategic, cross-functional projects with company-wide impact, driving growth initiatives in collaboration and support to CoDir (senior leadership).
• Monitor project progress and ensure thorough post-implementation follow-up to achieve set objectives such as cooperations, joint ventures and new market/category entries.
• Identify, evaluate, and present new business development opportunities and partnerships to senior management.
• Analyze profitability and investment potential of major projects using financial modeling (DCF, ROI simulations) to guide decision-making.
• Develop business cases for new categories, with a focus on Heat-Not-Burn (HNB) and Vaping markets.
• Manage internal projects locally and globally, targeting cost reduction, working capital optimization, and process improvements.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Business with major in Finance
• 3 to 5 years of experience in transaction services, strategy consultancy or financial advisory and project management
• Technical skills in company and project evaluation (e.g. DCF models)
• Analytical, structured and concise.
• Fluency in English is mandatory – other languages like German are an asset.
• The willingness and ambition to grow internationally in our company.
