UX Product Designer (freelance)

We are seeking a seasoned UX/Product Designer to join a fast-paced, agile team working on the continuous development and scaling of internal applications used by external partners and suppliers. The ideal candidate is an independent contributor who thrives in dynamic environments, values cross-functional collaboration, and has a strong track record of delivering intuitive and scalable design solutions.

This role requires a hands-on designer with strong expertise in prototyping and user validation. You will be leading the design efforts of a growing digital platform, ensuring consistency, usability, and business alignment across features as the product evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Prototyping: Lead the creation of new features using Figma; develop intuitive, scalable interfaces for a complex business platform.
• UX Research & Validation: Incorporate user feedback and KPI-driven insights to validate and enhance designs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Project Managers to gather requirements, refine priorities, and align deliverables with business and user needs.
• Agile Delivery: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Documentation & Handover: Maintain clear, structured design documentation and ensure smooth handovers for development and future design continuity.
• Autonomous Contribution: Operate independently within assigned workstreams while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Figma and digital design tools.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvement based on feedback and metrics.
• Background working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain design consistency at scale.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder alignment experience.
• Familiarity with corporate-scale environments and digital transformation projects is a plus.
