Job Title: AI Adoption Expert – Microsoft Copilot Implementation

Location: Eindhoven

Duration: 12 month Contract

💼 What You'll Be Doing

As our Microsoft Copilot Adoption Expert, you will:

• Own and implement the global AI adoption strategy using Microsoft Copilot
• Identify and prioritize adoption opportunities in collaboration with product teams and stakeholders.
• Translate cutting-edge AI advancements into real, actionable business use cases.
• Apply tools like Copilot, M365 Copilot Chat, SharePoint Agents, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to practical business needs.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Act as an AI evangelist by organizing events like hackathons, ideation sessions, and innovation workshops.
• Continuously track industry trends in AI, and bring new insights back into the organization.
• Support change management and champion digital transformation across teams and departments.

✅ Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working with AI technologies such as natural language processing, machine learning, or computer vision.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot tools, including M365 Copilot, SharePoint Agents, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio is a strong plus.
