Litostroj Power, a global leader in hydroelectric power solutions, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Ljubljana. As CFO, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for shaping our financial future. This is a hands-on role in an industrial/manufacturing setting, requiring both operational excellence and strategic foresight.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial strategy and long-term planning.
• Ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, and risk management.
• Drive process optimization, ERP usage, and finance digitalization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Act as a key communicator with shareholders, banks, and strategic partners.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• At least 10 years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in manufacturing.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA, CPA, ACCA is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data analytics.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
