We’re growing fast, and with the arrival of high-volume clients, we need new talent to join our Communication team as a Project Content Manager.

You’ll be the link between strategy, creativity, and execution.

Your mission will be to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel content projects (social media, branding, campaigns, internal communication, and events), ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets are met.

• Coordinate workflows with creative teams, copywriters, social media managers, and designers.
• Prioritize tasks, define timelines, and oversee execution using agile methodologies.
• Keep a global vision of each project, spotting roadblocks and optimizing processes.
• You’ll act as a trusted advisor for key clients, aligning business goals with content strategy, and leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with best practices in content and communication, helping us evolve our services.

We’re not looking for a hyper-specialist — we want a versatile team player with structure, a strategic mindset, and strong communication instincts.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing content or digital communication, experience with B2B clients and complex content environments (e.g., tech, SaaS, industrial, or regulatory sectors) is highly valued.
• Proven ability to coordinate people and resources, and deliver projects on time.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, Jira or similar.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• A good eye for design and a passion for well-thought-out, well-executed content.
• High level of English (C1-C2), both written and spoken, is essential — many of our clients operate in international markets and require top-tier communication.
