We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Bucharest - on-site

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional projects including new product rollouts, platform enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and operational transformations.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive alignment across departments such as product, marketing, legal, compliance, finance, and technology.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and documentation requirements (e.g., ESMA, CySEC, FCA, MiFID II). Provide regular project updates and executive reporting using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.
• Continuously improve delivery frameworks, team workflows, and cross-team communication.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CFD/FX brokerage or neo-banking environments.
• 4+ years of proven experience in project management, with successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of online brokerage operations, trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5), onboarding/KYC processes, and fintech infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated financial services environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
