Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior BI Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of BI projects—from architecture and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Act as the BI subject matter expert, defining best practices and ensuring high-quality data models and reporting layers.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored dashboards and reports.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Develop and manage data pipelines across SQL Server, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
• Ensure data quality and structure for use in advanced analytics and econometric models.
• Optimize dashboard performance and maintain solutions as data sources evolve.
• Manage user access and report scheduling within BI platforms.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in BI development and dashboard creation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like SQL Server, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
• Expertise in Power BI; familiarity with other visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience with ETL tools (Supermetrics preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred), Azure, or AWS.
• Programming experience in Python (preferred) and/or R.
• Understanding of media planning and buying is a plus.
• Familiarity with AdTech platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear, structured, and engaging way.
