Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and creating innovative, intuitive, and well-designed solutions for our users.

As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop conversational user interfaces, drive design thinking, and transform concepts into production-level outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, encompassing the journey from initial concept to production-ready outcomes
• Develop conversational UI designs that provide seamless, intuitive communication between users and products
• Produce interaction flows and wireframes that are both visually engaging and simple to navigate
• Utilize JSON to populate prototypes, effectively showcasing functionality and usability
• Present concepts, design proposals, and progress to stakeholders, gathering input and influencing decision-making processes
• Iterate designs rapidly, balancing creativity with the need to meet specific project objectives
• Leverage design systems to build cohesive, scalable, and consistent user interfaces
• Partner with teams across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs
• Experiment with motion UI concepts to introduce fluid, dynamic interactions when applicable
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in UX Design, with clear expertise in delivering exceptional digital application designs
• Background in creating Conversational User Interfaces (Conversational UX), with an understanding of user interaction and flow principles
• Experience in applying JSON within prototyping workflows to populate data effectively
• Skills in delivering polished presentations and articulating design decisions persuasively to stakeholders
• Understanding of design systems and their integral role in shaping intuitive, unified UI components
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, showcasing ownership across the entire design process
