We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Uludağ İçecek is a growing organization in Industry, committed to operational excellence and supporting our clients with quality service. We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in labor economics, Economics, Business Administration, or Psychology (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred)
· Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, training & development, and career planning
· In-depth experience in training and development processes (minimum 5 years)
· Mastered MYK and Technical Education Processes
· Strong knowledge of Vocational Qualification Authority (VQA) and technical training processes
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Advanced level of English,
· Good knowledge of SAP HR and SAP Learning Management modules, Academy (E-Nocta)
· Strong human relations and communication skills
· Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
· Analytical thinker with strong planning and organizational skills
· Conceptual thinking skills and openness to change
· For male candidates, military service must be completed
What you will do;
Training and Organizational Development
· Identify training needs and prepare the annual training plan and budget.
· Organize training sessions and prepare evaluation reports.
· Plan and monitor both professional and necessary trainings.
· Provide orientation programs for new hired personnel
· Support data-based HR decisions through competency assessment and reporting.
· Establishing a partnership with Uludağ Academy to support employee development plans based on competency assessments
· Conduct job analysis, review and update job descriptions to checking their compliance business processes.
· Manage talent, succession planning, and career development processes.
· Maintain and update competency models for HR practices.
· To follow and report procedures, regulations and instructions in accordance with HR KPI and organization's strategy and goals,
· Keep behavioral and technical competencies current with changing business needs.
· Take part in change management and leadership development initiatives.
· Manage employee engagement and satisfaction surveys and help analyse the results.
Recruitment
· Preparation and publication of posting during the recruitment process, reviews applications, organization of interviews, update CV database, organization and reporting of relevant interviews
· Report and coordinate interview processes.
· Track annual hiring needs and report on recruitment effectiveness.
